It's High Desert Park and Recreation would like to present Harney County Youth Football League! This League is traveling teams of 3rd-4th graders and 5th-6th graders. The season will begin on August 22nd and runs through November 4th. Most all of these games are held every Saturday in surrounding counties. Park and Rec will host one home game usually in September. League Fee is $75, and signups will be held on August 18th at Slater South Parking Lot from 5-7pm. At this time, you pay fees, sign all responsible party paperwork, get sized and check out all gear. It's ok if you are going to miss sign up day, please show up to first day of practice and coaches will get you squared away with a plan on gear and paperwork. Park and Rec are very excited to be working closely with the Graham's who have ran this program for years successfully and will help to make a smooth transition. Please remember we are always looking for volunteers to make a successful season! We will need a score board keeper, chain measures, concession help, and gate money takers for our home game! This added income from gate and concessions is what helps get new gear in! If this is something you are interested in there will be a signup sheet available. It's going to be a GREAT season!
