Roller Skating

We got NEW SKATES!  Huge Thank You to the Girls Scouts Troop here in Burns for this wonderful donation of 21 New Pairs of skates, 10 of those pairs and adjustable sizing. 

Held at the Fairgrounds Memorial Building, Friday evenings.  There will be two different age groups of 0-9 from 4-6pm and 10 and up 6-8pm.  $3.00 entry fee and lots of activities. Children 12 and under must have a helmet​   Concessions will consist of nachos, candy, hot cocoa and water.

The Fairgrounds will be starting construction on the new building at this time as well.  All of these date are tentative based on rules and regulations of the construction site, please be advised these dates could be cancelled at any time. 


 

What is the Roller Skate Program:
A community event that takes place at the fairgrounds once a month. It's a wonderful family fun night with games, food and music; A safe and secure place for kids to be kids, learn how to roller-skate and just have a good time. We have skates and helmets for children and adults to borrow if they don't have their own.    If you have some old skates, you will donate, please bring them down to the Park and Rec office.  763 Ponderosa Village.
