Hello Harney County! I am your new Parks and Rec’s District Manager, my name is Brandy Branstetter. I was raised here in Harney County and currently live in Hines. My family and I have strong roots in the ranching industry, and we are raising our three beautiful children, June, Casper and Waylon with those same values.
I am excited to be working with our community. I am looking forward to organizing multiple events throughout the year and getting to know more of our future generation.
